The room without a window (i.e, in the middle of the floor) was great. It had a surprisingly amount of space, was very comfortable and came with a great, adjustable air conditioner. The hotel is located a bit far from Kumamoto Station but is well-serviced by both trams and buses (trams are recommended for passengers with large luggage). The staff are extremely polite and professional.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling. Our rooms were comfortable as well and the staff was helpful with our requests and questions

Room was very clean. Lots of available paid parking around the hotel. Easy access and good location -- about 5 to 10 minutes' walk from many restaurants and izakaya. There is an onsen on the 3rd floor too. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was nice and helpful. Room was comfortable, with great facilities. The location is also convenient. Overall a very good stay, and I would recommend for business travellers.

What i like even more is they are so clean and also the location is near at sakuramachi mall and amu plaza. Which is really convinient
